歐盟發(fā)布（EU）No 2015/174委員會條例，就食品接觸的塑料物料和制品修訂（EU） No 10/2011號條例,，本法規(guī)自公布后第20日起開始生效,。

       2015年2月26日以前執(zhí)行（EU） No 10/2011條例的塑料材料與制品仍可繼續(xù)流通至2016年2月26日，直至庫存用完,。（EU） No 10/2011條例列出了可用于塑料材料與制品的一系列許可物質(zhì),。

       THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

       Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

       Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC （1）， and in particular points （a）,， （c）,， （d） and （e） of Article 5（1）， Article 11（3） and Article 12（6） thereof,

       Whereas:

       Annex I to Commission Regulation （EU） No 10/2011 （2） establishes a Union list of authorised substances （‘the Union list’） which may be used in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles.
